Total Training Provision is working with Ignition Drivers to recruit a passionate and ambitious Customer Service Apprentice who will share their values and join their growing diverse team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handling inbound telephone calls as the first point of contact
- Data entry of worker start and finish times into our in house system
- Making telephone calls to workers to request compliance documents
- Making telephone calls/sending text messages to book candidates in for work
- Replying to emails to clients to confirm workers for shifts
- Completing reference requests in line with GDPR
- Following internal processes for worker registration documents
- Raising advertising requests appropriately by contacting the advertising team.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
- Destroying data and records in line with data protection laws

Holidays: 20 plus 8 bank holidays and your birthday off.
Training to be provided:
- Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)
All Training will be carried out by Total Training Provision.
