An apprenticeship is available in the Head Office based Health & Safety Team. The Savills Health & Safety Team provides support across the business to ensure all possible steps are taken to keep Savills employees, our tenants and visitors to the properties and land that we manage safe and well.

Vacancy Description

Reporting to the Health & Safety Director, this office-based role requires providing administrative support to the Health & Safety Director and Advisor. It is an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice to gain key administration skills, knowledge and experience.

Day-to-day work:

– full administrative support to the Health & Safety Director and Advisor

– organising and, under supervision, taking minutes at meetings

– updating policies, procedures, forms and other documents under the supervision of the Health & Safety Director and Advisor

– maintaining the Savills Health & Safety Intranet (Connect) Space

– undertaking the administration of the health & safety risk management software system and risk assessment programme

– undertaking the administration of health & safety training

– undertaking the administration of the various health & safety equipment accounts

– assisting in producing reports

– assisting in producing the required health & safety bulletins, newsletters, updates, etc
