About the role…

Your responsibilities will include providing an out of office service to our Account Management team, Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly forecast reports, taking an active role in vendor training, assisting in the production of order forms, working with the delivery entities to delivery solutions, taking an active role in the resolution of invoices queries, and dealing with customers directly via email and telephone. 

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

  • Maths GCSE at grade 4 or above or equivalent qualification.
  • English GCSE at grade 4 or above or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft business tools
  • A strong interest in ICT and a willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated & enjoys working in a busy environment
  • Enjoys working in a team
