Clark Boyle is an independent legal practice supporting individuals, families and businesses throughout Scotland. They boast over 30 years in industry and handle anything from moving home, Will writing, Power of Attorney to commercial transactions.

They are also able to give advice on mortgages, savings, pensions and investments as well as supporting with personal injury claims.

Monday – Friday. 08:30am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

– Collect mail in the morning

– Open, sort and scan all incoming DX mail and Royal Mail to individual staff members

– Receive mail by email for posting from all remote workers, print, get signed as appropriate, scan back to remote worker (if required) and post

-Photocopying, scanning and printing

– Deal with requests from remote workers to locate deeds, plans, letters etc that are in hard copy in the office

– Cover the Reception desk responsibilities e.g. phones and incoming emails on allocated time schedules as and when required, welcome clients/visitors

– Take banking and deposit to RBS 

– Retrieve titles/files from storage on request

-Manage incoming file delivery from external storage facility

– Receipt of incoming goods

– Case file inventories

– Close files on Lawware (client management system) and organise into boxes ready to be placed into storage for archiving

-Take urgent deliveries instructed by staff and deliver externally

– Additional specialised administrative tasks as skills develop

-Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
