37 hours per week
We have an exciting apprenticeship opportunity to join the Student Records Team to assist in the work of the Student Finance and Records Office. The team manage student records at the university and are responsible for the accuracy of information that is reported to numerous statutory bodies which include the Student Loans Company, HESA and the Office for Students. We are also responsible for enrolment and fee status processes, as well as general maintenance and checking of student records throughout the year.
Your apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge to perform the full range of duties in the role, which will include some case management and responsibility for maintenance of student records in our dedicated student records system. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship training course.
With GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, you will be a good team player with the ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service. With experience of using Excel spreadsheets or databases, you will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Bespoke training will be provided for university-specific IT systems and resources.
