Vacancy Description
You will assist the Manager in the organisation and management of activities. Help plan and deliver active programmes. Learn to keep children safe. Learn to assess, record and report children’s progress and development. Inspire children and young people to develop and lead healthy active lifestyles.
Support the development of new business opportunities. Be able to relate, motivate and encourage others being a conscious positive role model at all times.
Assist in delivering sessions and services taking the lead in small groups as directed. Help to manage the effective use of resources to deliver Fit For Sport services. Report and record all accidents or incidents in accurately and in accordance with company procedures. Mentor and support colleagues as requested.
As an apprentice with Fit For Sport, you will be studying towards a 14 months qualification that will be the Community Activator Coach Apprenticeship Level 2.

Future Prospects
