About the role

The starting salary for this position is £15,158 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week.

All applicants must hold a current Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and able to work within the county of Surrey.

This position sits within the Children Families and Lifelong Learning, ‘SEND’ Transformation Team and will be of interest for those looking to develop a career within transformation Programme and Project administration as you work towards your Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.

Our 18-month Apprenticeship scheme provides a perfect way to earn a wage while you gain vital work experience and a nationally recognised qualification. You will be fully supported and mentored through your apprenticeship and be given protected time to complete your course work. The scheme is designed for individuals who are living and entitled to work in England and are not in full-time education.

Some of the tasks you will be involved with in the role include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Transformation Programmes, working towards delivering better outcomes for children.
  • Supporting the set up and administration of a new Project Management Office function.
  • Providing wider support to Senior Colleagues within ‘SEND’ Transformation.
  • Initiating and completing tasks that support the function of the Programmes, Projects, and overall Project Management Office.
  • Reviewing processes and making suggestions for improvements.
  • Writing correspondence such as emails.
  • Updating and reviewing databases.
  • Recording information.
