Duties

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and promote excellence in customer service for both internal and external
  • Work closely and provide support with all branch staff to ensure strong working links between all departments
  • Maintain employee relations and adhere to company policies
  • Observe all safety practices and maintain a safe working environment 
  • Complete documentation and production reporting in an accurate and timely manner
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that relate to the number of candidates recruited and placed
  • To receive/ obtain, process, all incoming staff , candidate availabilities onto the company database ensuring correct and accurate entry
  • Design and upload job posts 
  • To receive and process all incoming shift requests onto the company database ensuring correct and accurate entry
  • To manage changes in bookings/cancellations
  • Build relationships with candidates to increase the number of shifts they engage in per week
  • Build relationships with clients to increase the number of shifts received per week
