Duties
Responsibilities:
Provide and promote excellence in customer service for both internal and external
Work closely and provide support with all branch staff to ensure strong working links between all departments
Maintain employee relations and adhere to company policies
Observe all safety practices and maintain a safe working environment
Complete documentation and production reporting in an accurate and timely manner
Working towards and exceeding targets that relate to the number of candidates recruited and placed
To receive/ obtain, process, all incoming staff , candidate availabilities onto the company database ensuring correct and accurate entry
Design and upload job posts
To receive and process all incoming shift requests onto the company database ensuring correct and accurate entry
To manage changes in bookings/cancellations
Build relationships with candidates to increase the number of shifts they engage in per week
Build relationships with clients to increase the number of shifts received per week

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
