The role

Algitha Road Day Service is based in the busy seaside town of Skegness. We provide person centred support to a wide range of individuals helping them to achieve their aspirations, contribute to the local community and to live life to the full.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for people who enjoy working with others and are keen to learn and develop with our support.  If you have a hobby or special interest, you can share this with the people we support, share your passion and enthusiasm and watch people grow from this.

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and hold English and Maths GCSE Grade C-A* or an equivalent level 2 qualification OR be willing to work towards this level.

What we offer 

The post comes with great in house training opportunities. You will be fully trained in Moving and Handling and the use of hoists. The Apprenticeship also includes studying for the  Level 2/3 Adult Care Worker   apprenticeship.
