All applicants must hold a current Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and able to work within the county of Surrey.

The starting salary for this position is £15, per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. The role will be a mixture of remote working and office based working. The team meetings usually take place in Woodhatch Place, Reigate, RH2 8EF.

This position sits within the Recruitment Team and will be of interest for those looking to develop a career in Recruitment and/or HR functions as you work towards a level 3 qualification.

Our 18-month Apprenticeship scheme provides a perfect way to earn a wage while you gain vital work experience and a nationally recognised qualification. You will be fully supported and mentored through your apprenticeship and be given protected time to complete your course work. The scheme is designed for individuals who are living and entitled to work in England and are not in full-time education.

Some of the tasks you will be involved with in the role include:

  • Supporting in the administrative tasks of posting job adverts for both Surrey County Council and our partners.
  • Supporting in answering queries from both internal and external customers
  • Being part of a continuous improvement culture in which you would offer opinions and ideas on existing improvements to processes in place.
  • Supporting with any ad-hoc administrative tasks that would assist ongoing projects such as data collation.
  • Supporting our social media and digital team in sharing content and potentially helping to create engaging content for our digital platforms.
