Whilst working you will gain a Business Administration level 3 Apprenticeship qualification.
Salary: £6.25 Per Hour
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Location: Moulton Park Industrial Park, Northampton
Business Admin Apprentice Duties:
- The role will consist of but is not limited to checking emails and prioritizing important queries from client
- Managing stock levels and liaising with external stakeholders
- Maintaining food safety requirements and procedures to a SALSA standard
- Contributing to the smooth running of the production day and ensuring paperwork for shipped goods have been accurately produced
- Microbiological testing and sample administration
- Technical systems administration
- Technical process administration
- Diary and audit management
- Product samples and transport co-ordination.
Business Admin Apprentice Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level with a C and above in Math and English
- Experience in an administrative role or a desire to gain experience
- Good time management and communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of food safety and hygiene would be desired
Depending on experience there will be an opportunity to get involved in various new projects they are launching as part of our growth. Having knowledge in creating product listings for ecommerce and labelling products would be highly desired. They also have the opportunity for the successful candidates to learn and experience skills required in project management
