Job Role & Responsibilities –

– Deal directly with customers over the phone and via email to provide excellent after sales service.

– Deal with tasks in a prompt and efficient manner, collate and organise notes correctly and update the company system with thorough detail, keep records of customer interactions, transactions and comments.

– Contributing to the efficient running of the company, assisting colleagues when appropriate and maintaining good housekeeping and a tidy workspace.

– Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
