This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate trainee to join the team in our client’s brand-new location, the amazing Olympic Park!
Working alongside their experienced bakers and their co-founder, they are looking for eager, capable bakers to join their expanding team. They are a growing business, and this would be the chance to come in at an early stage in their growth and grow with them as well as to learn a skill yourself.
Alongside these duties, you will be working towards gaining a recognised Level 2 Baker qualification through your Apprenticeship.
Location: Olympic Park, London
Salary: £6.75 – £8.00 per hour DOE
Trainee/ Apprentice Baker Duties:
- Mixing & shaping doughs
- Laminating pastries
- Preparing items for baking
- Baking
- Making ready to go products for the counter
- Working as part of a team
As this is an Apprentice / trainee position, no previous experience is required, however the successful candidate will have:
- Keen interest in baking
- Strong eye for detail
- willing to learn and work towards your apprenticeship qualification
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
