Your new role
As a Network Engineer Apprentice, you will be based out on the road with your mentor. You will be visiting client sites and learning how to:
- Install and configure hardware, software, systems, and networks on site
- Undertake network equipment installation, fault finding and maintenance
- Provide 2ndLine Support and customer training
- Assist the existing networking team with network support as well as work with the Installations Manager in planning upcoming internet-based phone system installations
- Build and provision tenants
