Overview:

An exciting opportunity has opened up with Kinnell Holdings, who are looking to bring in fresh young talent into their Administration department.

If you are an enthusiastic and driven individual, then this could be the job for you!

You will be completing a range of administration tasks daily along with using internal bespoke software and Microsoft packages to deal with contractors and clients.

Along with this, you will be put through SVQ training with QA, you will be working towards a SVQF Level 6 in Digital Applications Support during your apprenticeship.

Main responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Outlook Emails and Calendar booking
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail to various departments within the company
  • Using our bespoke software called CORE, to store and process info for contractors/customers/policy information/invoices
  • Microsoft Excel use everyday for input of databases and spreadsheets
  • Using of Microsoft Word
  • Use of Adobe PDF for downloading policy and printing / posting
  • Providing support for other areas such as processing customer cheques; reconciling of invoices
  • Navigating internal system named Members Area, where contractors apply for policies
  • Covering administrative tasks in line with insurance policy requests
  • Handling customer service enquiries
