Job Description
I am currently recruiting a junior finance role for a well-known and successful business in Chester. The role would suit someone who has a keen interest to start a career in finance. AAT study support can be offered with the potential for day release to get to college 1 day per week. The position would suit a school leaver / someone who is early stages studying AAT. The company can offer progression too, for the right candidate, as they work their way through their qualifications.
Purpose of Role
Assisting management accountant with production of management accounts
Balance sheet controls
KPI analysis
Business partnership with stakeholders within the business
Weekly banking for all divisions.
Day release to college to study AAT to develop core accountancy knowledge and use in conjunction with day job to develop and progress through the finance department.
Desirable Skills
Some Excel experience
Thorough and conscientious with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
Well organised
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
