About the role:

What will my new role involve?

As an IT Technician Apprentice, you will be responsible for ensuring that all issues and enquiries from staff and students are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Throughout your apprenticeship programme, you will learn how to:

  • Assist with the repair and maintenance of staff and student devices such as tablets, laptops, and mobiles
  • Assist the Network Support team with resolving hardware and software faults
  • Log calls on the IT Helpdesk and solve any tickets assigned to you
  • Assist with the installation and application of software licenses
  • Oversee the school iPad fleet and ensure iPads are charged and ready for any bookings
