Due to an exciting period of growth, Rizk Media are looking to bring on new talent for a Sales Administrator role in their Glasgow Head office to help support their clients and get involved in the day-to-day operations of their sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing quotes and sales orders through Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Handle enquiries from new and existing clients via the phone, website and Outlook email
  • Using internal CRM to manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts with the aim of growing the sales volume and onboarding new customers for long term success 
  • Develop and follow up all sales opportunities
  • Resolve any client issues through the provision of excellent customer service and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Build lasting relationships with your customers through regular contact to enable you to understand and predict their needs
  • Work collectively with your teammates both within the sales team and other internal departments to enable complete success through the customer journey
