An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated,enthusiastic, and flexible person to join the All-Age Continuing Care (AACC)& LeDeR team as an Administrative Assistant Apprentice on a two-year fixedterm contract.

The Corporate Adminteam provides a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative serviceto the Executive Team within the organisation.

The two-year apprentice programme is designed to ensureyoure exposed to a range of work experiences and skill developmentopportunities. You will be provided with support to develop in role from avariety of sources including your line manager, a mentor, and a peer support network.

Please note this role is an essential office role and willrequire office-based working inMiddlesbrough.

Please note, candidates are not necessarilyexpected to meet 100% of the essential criteria but will meet these by the endof their apprenticeship.

Main duties of the job

The role will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that timely, accurate work is producedto deadline
  • Maintaining realistic and manageable diaries
  • Arranging meetings and setting up anyrooms/equipment required
  • Producing information packs/collation of papersfor meetings/events, ensuring timely distribution and any follow-up of actions
  • Arrangingand attending meetings/events, both internal and external, to accurately recordand minute proceedings/decisions
  • Providing administrative support to clinicalcolleagues as required
