Job Title: Customer Relations Advisor – Apprentice (Level 3)

Location: Hove, East Sussex

Salary: £7-£9 per hour (equivalent to £14,560 to £18,720 per annum)

Full time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm) 40hrs per week

Our client, based in Hove, are a printing company who are looking for a Customer Relations Apprentice to join their hard-working team. They are a locally owned company who are committed to providing long-term relationships with their customers. Specialising for 45 years in providing digital print, design, promotional products, and services to various businesses. They provide anything you can put a name, image, or logo on!

The successful candidate will provide a first-class service to their varied customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to start your Customer Service career, whilst studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Responsibilities

  • The role will be ‘front of house’ so being warm, friendly, presentable with an engaging personality is key for this position. We offer all aspects of design, Signage and Print solutions ranging from shop front signage, vehicle wraps to business cards and flyers.
  • Advising potential customers on what is available, giving quotes, placing orders for Production.
  • Keeping front of house tidy and presentable
  • Building up relationships with clients and customers.
  • Dealing with enquiries and working with clients to deliver their requirements.
  • You will be using your initiative to keep in contact with clients, and ensuring they are happy
  • Your job will be to maintain customer engagement and work with the rest of the team to produce a product that fulfils the client’s needs.
  • You will be keeping a relationship with clients, so they come back to use the company again

  • GCSE English and Maths grade 4/5+ or equivalent

Prospects

On completion of the apprenticeship, there is possibility of progression onto a permanent role or further qualification within Graphic design.
