Main duties of the job

The main purpose of this role will be:

  • To oversee all professional clinical apprenticeship programmes (pre and postgraduate) across the organisation, working collaboratively with a large range of internally and externally stakeholders.
  • To work closely with the apprenticeship lead to implement new apprenticeship programmes within clinical remit.
  • To work closely with practice educators across the organisation and have an oversight on all professional clinical apprentices.
  • To oversee the advertising, recruitment, allocation and enrolment process for apprenticeships within clinical remit. Including working with relevant stakeholders to identify suitable home bases for apprentices.
