Pharmanovia is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic Communications team.

This is a great opportunity that combines workplace-based learning and training towards your qualification. The advanced apprenticeship will provide you with an ideal stepping stone into a permanent role in communications. You will gain a Level 4 qualification over the apprenticeship period of 18 to 24 months.

About the role :

On the job/work-based training will be provided by a supportive team whilst you work towards your qualification.

You will be performing a wide range of general activities. These include:

  • Implementing, and maintaining Pharmanovia’s communications planning calendar in line with company objectives
  • Supporting the Director of Communications with copywriting and multi-channel content creation for website, social channels, campaigns
  • Provide administration support for the communications team
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • System management of communications channels; internet, LinkedIn, newsletter and video and content creation tools
  • Media monitoring and reporting
  • Support the development and delivery of communications campaigns
  • Draft, review and publish materials to be used on internal communications channels, such as our company newsletter
  • Manage communications monthly reporting and KPI tracking
  • About you:

  • GCSEs grade 4 (C), including Maths and English (desirable)
  • A good understanding of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • An interest in developing a career in communications and a willingness to learn
  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
  • Able to manage various tasks simultaneously and under pressure
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to prioritise workload
