The Resourcing Team is part of the Human Resources Department and provides a support function to the entire organisation on recruitment and retention issues. This apprenticeship offers a unique and diverse opportunity to develop a full range of skills in this area, with a team that possess a wealth of knowledge, talent and expertise.

Apprenticeship Standard – Customer Service Level 2

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be responsible for customer service duties, taking enquiries from managers, staff and the general public. Customer interactions will cover a wide range of situations including; face-to-face, telephone, post, and email. You will also play an important administrative role within the team, completing a variety of clerical tasks in a timely manner, in order to support the team.
