We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice who is interested in developing a career in the property industry! This position is based in Willerby. You will be responsible for supporting the branch staff in responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximize potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.

The Role

You will support the staff within the branch with general enquiries, daily activities, communication and procedures. The perfect opportunity to develop experience of the property sector! You will assist with photocopying, scanning documents, sorting post and taking phone calls. Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services. Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
