Apprentice Customer Service Centre Representative

A great opportunity has risen for two 18 month Apprenticeship positions within our Customer Service Centre team. The role requires you to enrol onto the Keits Customer Service course and to successfully complete the programme.

You will learn how local government is run and get the opportunity to gain working knowledge through the many different services Three Rivers District Council Customer Service Centre supports, dealing with enquiries through a variety of media, including telephone contact and admin duties whilst studying for this qualification.

We are looking for individuals who are ready to learn, are proactive and can work using their own initiative with appropriate guidance. The Apprentice must have a keen interest in customer care and have the drive and motivation to succeed in delivering the required results.
