Working to a hybrid mix of home and office working in Glasgow, you will be the point of contact for requests via inbound / outbound calls and inbox management.

If you have an outgoing personality and the confidence to conduct customer calls in a relaxed manner this could be your ideal role! 

Duties:

  • Drive a high level of quality support services across the aligned business
  • Updating Salesforce CRM system (sto manage pipeline, coverage, and accuracy
  • Organising demo units for customers and allocating stock accordingly
  • Perform detailed data entry in line with pre-defined processes
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Creating and managing quotations based on customer requirement
  • Support the day-to-day operations of aligned Accounts and Account Managers
  • Drive and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Desirable skills: 

  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good team working skills
  • The ideal candidate will be confident, knowledge of MS packages and preferably a job using customer service experience.

    Salary:

    £18,500 per annum.
