A position has become available in our residential and commercial property department in Kettering for a trainee agent to learn all aspects of sales and lettings in the property industry.
A varied role with no two days being the same.
Salary from £21,255pa
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly Monday-Friday.
Apprentice/ Trainee Commercial Property Agent Responsibilities:
- Handling Phone, E-mail and social media enquiries from applicants and clients.
- Viewings – booking in, accompanying applicants to properties, feeding back to clients.
- Booking in valuations to include diary management for colleagues.
- File preparation to include information gathering, arranging inspections and appointments for external contractors and online research.
- Daily use of CRM Software system to include data entry & management
- Site visits to both residential and commercial property instructions.
- Creation of marketing brochures, case studies and news articles.
- Promotion of department using social media portals FB, Twitter, Linked In and Instagram.
- Working both in the office and out on-site visits away from the desk!

Apprentice/ Trainee Commercial Property Agent Requirements:
- Must be confident talking to and dealing with the public.
- Polite telephone manner and good e-mailing / grammar skills.
- Proficient in word, excel and use of social media portals.
- Smart, presentable appearance.
- Full drivers’ licence and own vehicle.
- A willingness and desire to learn
