Job Title: Parts Administration Apprentice
Salary: £10.30 per hour plus Veolia Benefits
Location: Wembley
Programme Duration: 18 months (12 months for programme and a further 6 months for EPA)
Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 7th of October 2024 and assessment days will take place between w/c 14th of October and 21st of October 2024.

Apprenticeship Programme;
During this apprenticeship programme, we will help you to develop your practical skills and knowledge required for you to succeed in this role as well as your future career.
Throughout the programme, you will continue to develop your behaviours such as team working, problem-solving and customer focus. Veolia as a business is not only interested in what you accomplish, but the manner you do it.
The successful apprentice will gain experience across the Veolia industry. Furthermore, Parts Administration plays a vital role in ensuring an efficient flow of goods and services between our suppliers and our sites. The apprentice is required to ensure all the goods are correctly sent out and that the suppliers have successfully delivered them to the sites. Time management is a key part of this role, it is essential that the successful candidate maintains all services to be dispatched in an efficient manner.
What you’ll be doing;
- Being a Parts Administration plays a vital role in ensuring an efficient flow of goods and services between our suppliers and our sites.
- The Parts Administration will operate in a small warehouse/ trade counter, which is visited regularly by our engineers who have technical knowledge about what they are needing for the maintenance of the vehicles.
- The Parts Administration will be dealing with our staff at the parts counter and over the telephone, face to face and via emails. They will understand incoming deliveries, stock control and dispatch.
- They will be familiar with processing the delivery of orders and take delivery of goods and the basic administration related to these functions.
- A key element of the role will be to have technical knowledge of the products and services offered together with the bespoke systems and equipment used. Training will be given to the successful candidate.
- They will communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers to build relationships and provide a high quality service.
What we’re looking for;
– A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths & English.
– Full UK driving licence (Desirable)
– Good problem-solving skills
– Good communication skills and telephone manner
– Ideally you will be familiar with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
