Description

• Answering Phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Responding to emails in a timely manner
• Supporting the sales, marketing and projects team
• Liaising and supporting the Business administrator in administration duties
• Supporting preparation of key documents
• Maintaining the CRM software
• Assist other teams in meeting KPIs
• Assist sales department with preparing proposals
• Support the internal process for projects from LOI to completion
• Ensure all information is completed and filed correctly

From time to time, management may require you to complete additional tasks within your skill set

Requirements

• Eager to learn and help to develop new processes
• Knowledge of energy efficiency is desirable but not essential
• Able to use Microsoft office to a high standard particularly Excel
• Ability to work to deadlines
• This will be a highly numerical role therefore a good level of mathematics will be required
• Any experience with finance would be desirable but not essential

Educational Requirements

A-C GCSE Grade in Maths or equivalent
