To observe and gain knowledge and develop an understanding of the different vehicles models/makes, how we use stock numbers (U for used N for new ect)

To observe and gain knowledge of how after each vehicle has been delivered ‘split’ the pack to file, this will be great in giving someone the knowledge of all the different types of paperwork that is involved in a vehicle sale, getting used to seeing how order forms, profit sheets etc look that are used within stoneacre. Understanding of DVLA logbooks, creating new packs for used trade ins.

Looking at the sites stock list, housekeeping tasks, have all lines been completed, running reports to check for missing Criteria. Training
To attend all relevant training and academy courses as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Training provided to start filling out ICT notes for sales to sign, they will learn how to look at VSB records & the info needed to
do an ICT – with the aim to eventually progress on to action them, invoicing off/accepting in on ADP Importing data onto the manufacture’s parts systems.
•Training provided to complete trade invoices from companies, we, will get them started in the process of creating a vehicle invoice, getting used to manoeuvring around a VSB record and what basic info is needed to raise a vehicle invoice
•Training provided to Updating spreadsheet/records with the order status of a new vehicle – To start of developing knowledge of the different manufacture systems used within the motor trade, finding specific orders that are in the pipeline at Factory to update the relevant team members of expected delivery dates to site
•Training provided to check used cars MOT expiry dates& outstanding recalls, learning company policy of MOT time requirement, pushing lines to workshop if needed & updating VSB record with this information

Qualifications
• GCSE ICT, Maths and English or equivalent.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel.
• Will be enrolled on a Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
