Here is what you can make a difference in: This role is the perfect opportunity for some who is interested in IT Service Management, due to the breadth of the elements that they will get exposure to and be involved in delivering. Support the delivery of the IT service Gain an understanding of the technical architecture ITIL audit and gap analysis Drafting of policies and procedures Definition and documentation of processes Business analysis of metrics and performance data from various sources Assistance in the management of third party suppliers and their delivery; performance monitoring; contractual arrangements and financials Service acceptance activities The candidate We are looking for forward-thinking, inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following characteristics: You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change Identify with our values of Zero Harm, Innovative, Excellent and Responsible.
