Apprenticeship: Business Administrator

About the role

The purpose of this role is to ensure that Exertis UK Ltd has sufficient stock levels to supply customers, while supporting the Assistant Buyers and Buyer with their daily responsibilities and studying the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

What you’ll be doing

  • Complete actions delegated from the Buyers
  • Raise, get approved and send purchase orders to suppliers, whilst adhering to all relevant procedures
  • Maintain and update accurate due dates for delivery of product.
  • Issue booking in slots.
  • Resolve all warehouse delivery dispute notices
  • Work with sales to ensure customer required dates are achieved, especially for back to back or retail forecasts
  • Ad hoc project work
  • You will be studying the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard across 18 months, building the following skills;

  • About you

    You’ll enjoy building relationships as you’ll be working on a variety of tasks. Being driven and enthusiastic to learn is a must as you’ll need to juggle priorities in work and achieving your qualification. Apprentice Business Administrator is really rewarding as you gain experience on the job while studying the relevant skills and competencies.
