  • Fenestration Installer Qualification
  • It’s a great time to join Eurocell and embark on a rewarding career path, whilst gaining a qualification along the way. We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen Apprentice to learn about technical processes and provide support to our technical engineer function.

    Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop the knowledge and skills to support the Eurocell Fabricators from a technical perspective from initial set-up onwards. The role is an integral part of the Eurocell team working to deliver the highest levels of quality & service to the Fabricators and End Users. The role holder will work towards a recognised Fenestration qualification and with support from the Company will be expected to further their education to become a fully qualified Engineer.

    DUTIES (Training Provided):

  • Work alongside the Technical Support Engineers giving general technical product support to fabricators and homeowners with product issues in both factory and homeowner settings
  • Assist the Technical department with visits to prospective and existing customers. This will involve some travel and overnight stays
  • Assist the Technical Department with initial setup’s and audits
  • Carry out initial training on new and updated products
  • Assist with factory layouts and MOT’s, learning the advice to help maximise fabricators production alongside Technical Support Engineers
  • Keep accurate records of diaries and reports using our customer support platforms as requested and advised by your line manager
  • Ensure all interactions with customers and all actions taken are reported to your line manager
  • Ensure all actions are compliant with Heath and Safety and all other Company policies and procedures ensuring controls are in place to minimise exposure to risk, including protection of customer confidentiality, commercially sensitive information, compliance with relevant regulation including but not limited to GDPR, Money Laundering, Bribery and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
