We are looking for a Culture & Engagement Apprentice who goes beyond the expected. We believe in working smarter, together, meaning we work collaboratively to find smart solutions that balance agility and excellence. This apprenticeship role will work within the Culture and Engagement team and will help with the rollout and implementation of companywide culture and engagement initiatives (across our UK and Serbia based teams). You will support the team in delivering an excellent level of customer service mainly working on tactical elements of the work associated with culture and engagement initiatives.
At the end of the Apprenticeship period, you will achieve a level 3 in Business Administration.

What will you be doing?
Moments that matter (MTM)
Supporting with the execution of MTM for all employees including but not limited to: new starter packs, tenure anniversaries, gifting for new parents, departure gifting.Partnering with the C&E Officer to support on initiatives alongside the Office Admin team such as new starter packs and gifting for new parents.Assisting with the planning and upkeep of MTM resources including calendar invite reminders, formatting of forms for consistency, partnering with the brand team to update certificates, maintaining distribution records, managing stock trackers, managing orders for gifts, partnering with the Office team for deliveries, conducting analysis of alternative gifting options and identifying areas within the employee lifecycle that can be optimised.Reviewing how we elevate and showcase MTM to ensure managers and employees are aware and actively participating in this initiative.
Partnering with the C&E Officer with the monthly consolidation of Hyperfives updating excel spreadsheets with forms data and reports, adding information for divisional breakdowns for line managers.Supporting with analysis of Hyperfives awarded to identify opportunities and measure uptake.Supporting with consolidation of bi-annual recognition for Hyperhero and Hyperteams.Driving awareness of recognition and participation across UK & Serbia.
Promoting programmes / initiatives and helping to build relevant content for Wellbeing Wednesday and tracking.Seeking wellbeing opportunities and conducting analysis of previous initiatives to evaluate success and plans for future initiatives.
Liaising with Accounts team on SAP related queries – Sharing invoices with C&E Officer to process through SAP and translating.Managing spend for MTM initiatives.Promoting munch and learns across teams further to Yammer posts and OMM.Editing content for Hyperlearn including managing Munch and Learns channel upkeep.Employee Voice support as and when required – could include but not limited to; conducting spot checks to ensure we have all information from champions (i.e. photos), cross checking calendar invites/attendance of EV sessions.Supporting with employee experience related tasks to elevate overall experience.
