An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Estates & Contractors Administrator Apprentice post within the Estates, Facilities & Capital Team at Darent Valley Hospital.
You will be working as part of a busy, friendly department helping to support the Estates Team in the execution of the Trust’s capital programme and delivery of non-clinical services whilst gaining a wide range of administration skills.
As an apprentice you will demonstrate:
As part of the apprenticeship scheme you will be given the opportunity to gain new skills and a current qualification in a Business Administration Level 3 programme. During your 18 months’ apprenticeship programme you will be supported with 20%-off-the-job-training, an apprenticeship training provider and also be able to draw on the support and knowledge of the experienced staff members within the team. Apprenticeship programme progress will be measured by an external assessor over the 18 months’ period, as an adult learner it will be your responsibility to ensure deadlines are met and coursework is completed to a high standard.
Working days or shift patterns will be agreed by the Line Manager to meet the needs of the service.
