Effective Facilities Management, combining resources and activities, is vital to the success of Bakkavor, it helps to provide a safe and efficient working environment, which is essential to the performance of any business. If you have a desire to learn whilst getting hands on experience and achieving a nationally recognised qualification then this is the apprenticeship for you. Our Facilities Advanced Apprentices will carry out lots of different activities that include, but are not limited to, Plan, organise and co-ordinate the allocation of tasks to colleagues, Carry out cleaning tasks, Plan staffing rota on a weekly basis, Complete and issue Permit to Work to contractors, Carry out inspections and audits to ensure standards have been reached, Place orders for chemical, PPE and equipment, Stock control, Carry out risk assessments and active monitoring checks on equipment and areas in line with standards, Track our Key Performance Indicators, Identify potential improvement opportunities and assist with the implementation of such improvements. As you will gain a full understanding of the Bakkavor values, we are looking for people that can display strengths in line with them
