How will you make an impact?

  • Assist the HR team with core HR employee life cycle process including new starter process; leaver process; contractual changes; reference requests; background screening; sickness absence; Exit Interview analysis.
  • Taking part in some exciting HR Projects such as DE&I, L&D and Compensation and Reward interventions.
  • Coordinate and support with the scheduling the HR Induction process for all new starters, ensuring that the presentation is kept up to date and has all the relevant information to provide the new starters on their journey within Watchfinder.
  • Support in the scheduling of new starter meetings and follow ups to ensure that all new starters are settling into their new role and have all the tools and information to be successful in their new role.
  • Assist in the administering benefits, compensation, and employee programs.
  • To respond to general queries from managers and employees, signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to line managers during the HR processes, including note taking at formal meetings or investigations.
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team with scheduling Interviews, sharing feedback to candidates, assist in preparing Job Descriptions and gathering interview experience feedback from candidates.

  • Strong IT skills with literacy in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
