Job Overview

You will form part of our Customer Service Advisor Team and will provide advice, support and assistance to customers through provision of excellent customer service. You will receive extensive service training and will work towards completing an SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 7 Modern Apprenticeship) in Business and Administration provided by a Private Training Provider.

You will have the following skills and abilities;

  • Good IT skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages to include word and excel
  • Work flexibly, adapting approach to tasks to suit the changing needs of the business
