What the course covers

As a Business to Business Sales Professional, you will be focused on adding value to a variety of businesses and providing leadership on a range of sales projects, complex negotiations and proposals. Your clients may include corporate and commercial sales, public sector organisations, and not-for-profit charities.

You will work with professionals within your organisation and clients to identify competitors and new opportunities for growth in other sectors using your business acumen, consumer insight and knowledge of market trends. You will develop an understanding of financial principles and use it to create proposals and commercial strategies based on the customers’ needs using a range of communication tools and resources, assessing risks and threats for consideration.

You will be confident leading a professional sales pitch, which highlights the benefits to the customer in a clear and concise presentation, and be able to answer questions and queries with the full assurance. You will then be able to critically analyse the outcome and work towards closing the deal and achieving your targets.

Successful achievement of the apprentice will enable you to apply for Sales Certification with the Association of Professional Sales (APS).
