What the course covers

As an insurance practitioner, you will learn the processes involved in insurance and the vast impact it has on protecting us from the risks of daily lives. Insurance practitioners work in a customer-facing role, learning how to acquire new clients for whatever style of insurance employer you’re working for. The renewal process of client contracts is also a large part of insurance that insurance practitioners may cover in their role. Client communication may focus on handling queries regarding products and services or issuing the correct documentation to contract holders.

You will learn how to prepare insurance reports and conduct market research, as well as analysing and processing numerical data regarding business objectives. This information can be presented in internal or external meetings or used to check businesses compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements.
