Overview
Approved for delivery on the 27/08/2015, the senior financial services customer adviser, Advanced apprenticeship standard provides a level 3, upon completion. This apprenticeship will typically take 12 months to complete, not including the End-Point Assessment Period.
What the course covers
A Senior financial services customer adviser works within the banking sector to provide front line customer support. This apprenticeship will help you to develop expert technical knowledge and skills across a range of products to help you deal with customer queries or complaints.
You will learn to understand customer needs and take steps to meet those needs with the right product or service, such as type of bank account, loans and insurance. You will be responsible for promoting new digital services and encourage customers to use these channels. Daily tasks could include proactively calling customers to build strong relationships, resolving tricky complaints, and liaising with other areas of the organisation to meet customer needs.
You will develop strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure you can provide excellent customer experience and exceed satisfaction expectation. You will take a proactive approach and demonstrate a willingness to seek and act on customer feedback.
