Brief overview of the vacancy role

As a Business Administrator Apprentice with the Food and Farming team based in Oxford, you will be responsible for helping Consultants manage clients farming and rural businesses.

Vacancy Description

As a Business Administrator Apprentice you will be working towards a Business Admin Level 3 over the duration of 18 months.

You will join a culture of trust and respect, teamwork and collaboration supporting the Food and Farming team with a variety of roles and responsibilities that include;

– Collating information.

– Drafting reports.

– Creating and completing spreadsheets.

– Drafting PowerPoint presentations.

– Drafting maps and plans.

– Liaising with government organisations on behalf of clients.

– Liaising with external contractors.

– Liaising with clients.

– Sourcing quotes.

– Organising and instructing work.

– Drafting budgets.

– Renewing and revising agreements such as Grazing Licences and Contract Farming Agreements
