Business Admin Apprentice
Haines Watts are looking for a passionate and highly enthusiastic Business Admin Apprentice to join their office in Berkhamsted.
As part of the Haines Watts Berkhamsted & Aylesbury team, you will be supported to provide high quality administrative support services to the team!

Your duties will be:
Liaising with Client Engagement Manager to bring in client workflows in a timely and effective manner.
Preparing, distributing and updating reports for the wider team to ensure that workflows and deadlines are met.
Ensuring that the firm’s standard processes are used in all aspects of work and that high standards are maintained when dealing with queries from clients.
Answering calls from clients and ensuring these queries are dealt with or passed to an appropriate member of the team.
Covering reception during the Receptionists lunch hour to include assisting with the meeting and greeting of clients when required.
Database maintenance to assist managers with client progress on jobs and planning as well ensuring that GDPR is adhered to.
Ad hoc tasks such as booking meeting/travel, assisting with facility management and email management.
You will be expected to contact clients in connection with non-technical issues such as the collection of debtors and be involved on an ongoing basis in administrative activities such as billing.
To professionally represent the firm and its interests in dealings with clients and other professionals at all times.
What you will need to be;
Punctual, presentable and with the ability communicate

Be driven to succeed, take initiative and want results
At least 5 GCSE’s graded A*-C/9-4 which includes English and maths or equivalent.
