Roles and Responsibilities
Typical Roles and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Working with tickets on the IT helpdesk, escalating incidents as required
Completing system checks on all business applications daily
Use of TeamViewer for remote support
Recreating problems in order to resolve the issue and find solutions
Building and Maintaining desktops and laptops
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and your employer.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
Passionate about IT
Basic understanding of hardware and networking
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good customer service skills
Confident and eager to learn
Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics
Salary, Hours and Benefits
£15,000 per annum
Monday to Friday
Core hours are 9am-6pm
Occasional shift work of 7.30am until 4.30pm, including potential weekend shifts; for which additional pay will be provided
20 days a year holiday

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may decide to progress into a full-time position with the business or progress onto a level 4 apprenticeship.
