SCC are now looking for a hardworking individual to join their already successful business. The role will involve diagnosing hardware and software problems and repairing a variety of products.

Roles & Responsibilities
To diagnose, replace and repair a variety of AV products to both hardware and software
Assist other engineers in the delivery of service to our customers
Communicate with Call Administration and the Branch throughout the day to effectively manage all call details and real-time and gain a full understanding of customer requirements
Complete part movements (RMA generation & physical movement) in a timely manner, returning items as directed by the Branch.
Attend customer sites
Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge
Any hardware or break-fix experience
A positive and motivational approach toward work
Must hold a full UK drivers license due to the nature of the role
To be able to embrace new technologies
Can easily adapt to change
Should you be successful in gaining this position, you will be required to go through a high-level security clearance check
A Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths or equivalent is required for this role.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
£14,000 per annum
Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5.30 PM
23 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays
