The IT Apprentice will be part of a small flexible team working closely across all departments.
As the apprentice, you will be completing hardware upgrades, escalating issues, and analysis incidents.

Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):-
Providing 1st line support to clients and employees
Responding to tickets
Ensuring logging of incidents and requests are accurate
Provide hardware support
Escalate issues where necessary
Identify trends to prevent repeated incidents
Full training and support will be provided by The British Horse Society and Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired qualities, skills & knowledge:-
Confident individual
Excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Keen to learn new skills and knowledge
Ability to prioritise and organize
Understanding of hardware/ software – beneficial
GCSE grade 4 Math’s or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalent
Salary, Hours & Benefits:-
Monday – Thursday 8:35 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday 8:35 AM – 3:00 PM
£9,100 Per annum
