Based in North Weald, providing the best IT solutions possible for their clients, providing peace of mind and reducing IT downtime. Roles and Responsibilities
Typical roles and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
Communicating with clients and colleagues via email and telephone
Responding to tickets on the CRM system
Securing connection of a range of devices to the company network (PCs, Laptops, Routers and Phones)
Working with the network manager and data centre staff using tools such as Wireshark, P-Cap and Catci
Testing and Configuring desktops, laptops and servers
Installation of software, including anti-virus packages
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
Passionate about IT, with a basic understanding of IT hardware
Good team work ethos
Calm and Patient when working with clients
Able to discuss technical matters in a way for clients to understand
Resilient, with ambition to learn and grow with the business
Grade 4/C or above in Mathematics (or equivalent)
Salary, Hours and Benefits
£10,400 per annum
Monday to Friday
Working 8 am – 4pm, 9 am to 5pm or 10am – 6pm (to be discussed with the employer)
Potential of out of hours working on project work as required by the busines
20 days a year holiday, plus bank holidays
