Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join growing team of one of their clients! Based in North Weald, providing the best IT solutions possible for their clients, providing peace of mind and reducing IT downtime. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your digital marketing career working with a supportive business.
Roles and Responsibilities
Typical roles and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
Using Google Analytics, Lightspeed and Webmaster tools to track progress of marketing campaigns
Run adverts on Facebook and Google as well as working with email marketing campaigns
Responding via the CRM system messaging system to clients
Respond to clients enquiries across all social media platforms
Assist clients with creating sponsored adverts on Facebook and informing them how to track trends.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
Passionate about Digital Marketing with an understanding of social media platforms
Understanding of small business ethos
Resilient, with ambition to learn and grow with the business
Analytical mindset and good with numbers
Good written and verbal communication
Grade 4/C or above in English Language (or equivalent)
Salary, Hours and Benefits
£10,400 per annum
Monday to Friday
Working 8 am – 4pm, 9 am to 5pm or 10am – 6pm (to be discussed with the employer)
Bonuses and commissions for any leads generated
20 days a year holiday, plus bank holidays
